Анотація

У статті досліджується еволюція механізму обмежувального припису для захисту жертв домашнього насильства. Авторами аналізується застосування механізму у США, Австралії, ПАР, Швеції, Великій Британії, Малайзії та Японії; проводиться аналіз перспектив застосування обмежувальних приписів в Україні з урахуванням законодавчих новацій, а також досліджується роль механізму обмежувальних приписів у виконанні державами міжнародних зобов’язань щодо захисту жертв домашнього насильства.
